FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT. Provisions of this MOU have been drafted to bring the parties’ agreement regarding overtime into compliance with the FLSA. If, during the course of this MOU, legislation or a court decision makes the provisions of the FLSA no longer applicable to the County, the parties hereby agree that the provisions of these Articles shall continue in effect.
