Fair Labor Standards Acts. Upon request of Owner or Owner’s Representative, Contractor will furnish it with a certificate satisfactory in form to Owner that goods furnished by Contractor, its Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers in performance of the Contract were produced in full compliance with the requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and the regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof.
