FAIRNESS PRINCIPLE. The technology, methods and means of performing work will be carried out fairly and equitably. When possible, employees should have comparable access to automated software and hardware, telephonic equipment, supplies, office furniture, office space, and training. Where it is impractical, due to unusual circumstances or budget constraints, alternate arrangements may be made. This section shall not be interpreted as prohibiting the flexibility to accommodate differences needed or desired for health and safety concerns, the disabled or individual preferences.
