Common use of Fall-Back Calendar Elements (when needed) Clause in Contracts

Fall-Back Calendar Elements (when needed). If by March 15 in the current contract year, the District and the Association have not 18 agreed upon or ratified a District and contract year calendar for the upcoming contract 19 year, it is agreed that a fall-back calendar will be created that replicates the following 20 calendar elements as they were scheduled in the current contract year calendar. Final 21 adoption of this calendar shall require ratification by the Association’s membership and 22 the Board of Directors. 23
