Common use of Fallback Agent Clause in Contracts

Fallback Agent. if a Fallback Agent is specified in the Additional Conditions for the Calculation Agent or the Disposal Agent, as applicable, the Issuer will be deemed to have appointed such Fallback Agent as the relevant replacement Calculation Agent or Disposal Agent, as applicable, with effect from the termination of such appointment, unless the Issuer is otherwise directed by Extraordinary Resolution;
