False Arrest Insurance. The Employer shall provide false arrest insurance for the benefit of the employee in such amount of coverage and under such terms and conditions as the Employer shall deem appropriate, provided, however, that the amount of coverage shall not be reduced to an amount less than that existing as of the date of the execution of this Agreement.

False Arrest Insurance. The Employer shall provide false arrest insurance for insurance. During the benefit course of the employee contract Employer will maintain false arrest insurance with provisions substantially similar to the policy in such amount of coverage and under such terms and conditions as the Employer shall deem appropriate, provided, however, that the amount of coverage shall not be reduced to an amount less than that existing as of effect on the date of the execution of this Agreement. If the Employee requires bonding, the Employer will pay for the bonding.
