Labor Relations Meetings. (A) The University and the Lodge recognize the benefit of an exchange of ideas and information. For this reason the Chief of Police welcomes the designated Lodge representatives to meet with him and informally discuss matters of mutual interest and concern to the Lodge and the University.
(B) In the interest of sound labor/management relations, labor relations meetings shall be held no less than two (2) times each calendar year when requested by either party and otherwise when mutually agreeable. Such meetings shall be held on a mutually agreeable day and time. The purpose of such meetings is to discuss pending issues and/or problems and promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
Labor Relations Meetings. The City and the Lodge recognize the benefit of exploration and study of current and/or potential concerns or problems including departmental rules, regulations and policies. The Lodge President, or designee, and two members from each bargaining unit who served on the Lodge's Negotiations Committee for this Contract shall represent the Lodge. With prior mutual approval, either the City or the Lodge may bring additional individuals as may be helpful to the item(s) to be discussed. The Committee may make recommendations to the Lodge President and the Mayor on matters which would affect the Contract.
Labor Relations Meetings. The Township and the OPBA recognize the benefit of exploration and study of current and potential issues which may affect the standard of services to be provided by the Department. Accordingly, the Township and the OPBA agree to establish and maintain Labor Relations Meetings to develop approaches and possible solutions to matters of mutual concern. The matters which may be the subject of these discussions are major changes in operations contemplated by the Township which will affect members of the bargaining units, contemplated changes in the General orders, contemplated changes in police mission, and concerns of the members relative to equipment, uniforms and the like. By mutual agreement, any relevant topic may be considered at these discussions.
Labor Relations Meetings. The parties hereto agree to hold labor relations meetings at a mutually agreed time as necessary upon the written request of either party to the other, but labor
Labor Relations Meetings. In the interest of sound labor relations, a Labor Management Committee shall investigate, study, and discuss possible solutions to mutual problems affecting labor and management relations. The Labor Management Committee shall be made up of three (3) members elected by the bargaining units and an alternate, the Township Administrator, the Chief, the Captain and an alternate as well as an ex-officio member from the Lodge. Meetings shall be held quarterly unless otherwise agreed and the Committee Chair shall be rotated quarterly between the Lodge and the Township. Members shall suffer no loss of pay for time spent in Labor Relations meetings. A member may attend during regular working hours without loss of pay. If a member attends a meeting while off duty, the member shall receive one
(1) hour of compensatory time. A member xxx also, with seventy-two (72) hour's advance supervisory approval, flex his or her work hours to attend such meetings. This supervisory approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Labor Relations Meetings. Section 1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, the Employer and/or her designee(s) shall meet periodically on a mutually agreeable day and time, with not more than three (3) representatives of the AFSCME Bargaining Unit to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
Section 2. An agenda will be exchanged by the parties at least five (5) working days in advance of the scheduled meeting with a list of matters to be taken up in the meeting and the names of those representatives who will be attending. The purpose of such meeting could include but not be limited to the following:
A. Discuss the administration of this Agreement.
B. Notify the Union of changes made by the Employer which affect bargaining unit members of the AFSCME Bargaining Unit.
C. Discuss grievances which have not been processed beyond the final step of the grievance procedure when such discussions are mutually agreed to by the parties.
D. Disseminate general information of interest to parties.
E. Discuss ways to increase productivity and improve effectiveness.
F. Consider and discuss health and safety matters relating to employees. Employees who are off duty will not be compensated for attendance at labor/management meetings.
Section 3. It is further agreed that if special labor/management meetings have been requested, and mutually agreed upon, they shall be convened as soon as possible.
Section 4. Although questions of contract interpretation are appropriate for discussion in these meetings, it is not intended that the meetings replace the collective bargaining process or be used as a forum for trying to alter this Agreement. Although it is intended that the parties can suggest any topic for discussion that relates to terms and conditions of employment, no discussion constitutes a waiver of any of the City's management rights.
Labor Relations Meetings. The City and the FOP/OLC recognize the benefit of exploration and the study of current and potential problems and differences via meetings of representatives to exchange views and information without the stress and time limitations which may exist at the bargaining table. Accordingly, the FOP/OLC and the City agree to utilization of the Labor Relations Committee to function during the term of this Agreement to develop approaches and possible solutions to matters of vital concern to both.

The Township and the Union recognize the benefit of exploration and the study of current and potential issues which may affect the standard of services to be provided by the Department. Accordingly, the parties agree to establish a Labor Relations Committee to discuss approaches and possible solutions to matters of mutual concern. By mutual agreement, any relevant topic may be considered at these discussions.
Labor Relations Meetings. Labor Relations meetings will be held to discuss any questions of mutual interest other than those being the object of a grievance or those being the jurisdiction of the Health and Safety committee. These meetings shall occur at least every three (3) months.
