FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all advance rental payment and/or security deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check-in to the resort.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense or with incorrect information provided to Landlord, or assignment or sublease of the Rental Agreement, will result in forfeiture of all funds paid in advance to the Landlord, including all reservation and security deposit funds, cancellation of the reservation, and the Tenant will not be permitted to check in. Landlord reserves the right to require photo identification of any Tenant or Tenant’s guest, before, or during occupancy of the Premises, as well as identification of all persons that will be, or are on, the Premises. This Rental Agreement may not be assigned or sublet.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will forfeit total booking charges.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and The Tenant will not be permitted to check in, evicted if checked in or loss of damage deposit if discovered post check out. This includes having an adult reserve The Property for individuals under the age of 25 or misrepresenting the group size by not disclosing all occupants. No subletting (re-renting The Property to others) of The Property is permitted and will constitute a falsified reservation.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses shall be subject to forfeiture of the any advance payment, deposit and/or the Fee, and Guest will not be permitted to check-in. Owner may immediately evict any Guest who checked-in under false pretenses.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid to date of discovery of falsified information, including all Fees and the Security Deposit, and individuals providing false information will not be permitted to check in or occupy the Unit and will be required to vacate the premises immediately upon discovery of any such falsified information.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. If you provide false information concerning your identity or other aspects of the reservation, you will automatically forfeit the reservation and will not be granted access to the property. In addition, you will not be refunded any money paid in advance. We have a right to report the fraud to appropriate authorities.
