Family Activity. Subject to operational needs and reasonable notice to the employer, an employee shall be permitted to use up to a maximum of 20 hours of accrued leave credits (annual leave, vacation, personal holiday, holiday credit or CTO) per calendar year for the purpose of attending non-school family activities such as sports events, recitals, 4-H Club, etc. in which the employee’s child is participating. If an employee has exhausted available leave credits, the employee may request unpaid leave, unless he/she is currently subject to attendance restriction.
Family Activity. PASSES - All staff members employed in CSD shall receive a family activity pass good for admission to all activities that this pass is eligible to present at. This pass will include the employee, spouse or significant other as designated and all children who are under their guardianship and have not graduated from a high school institution.
