Common use of Family Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Family Life Insurance. A Bargaining Unit member may purchase, on an after tax basis, life insurance coverage for his/her spouse, domestic partner or children in the amounts stated below, not to exceed 50% of the employee's coverage:
