Family situations. Although the determination of beneficial ownership of securities is necessarily a question to be determined in light of the facts of each particular case, family relationships may result in your having, or sharing, the power to vote, or direct the voting of, or dispose, or direct the disposition of, shares held by your family members. In view of the broad definition of “Beneficial Ownership,” it may be prudent to include such shares in your beneficial ownership disclosure and then disclaim beneficial ownership of such securities pursuant to Question 6.
