Common use of FAR PULLS Clause in Contracts

FAR PULLS. A. A Flight Attendant scheduled for the nine (9) hour minimum break or the “24 in 7" regulation who is late more than one (1) hour due to reroute, company convenience, weather, passenger delay, etc., will be pulled and paid due to FAR regulation from enough flights to make them legal. If they are less than one (1) hour late, the Flight Attendant will be pulled for the FAR regulation, without pay, from enough flights to make them legal.
