Fatalities. (12) Any other serious case which, in the Company's judgment, might involve the Reinsurer. The Company shall advise the Reinsurer of the estimated amount of net loss and adjustment expense in connection with each such claim or loss and of any subsequent changes in such estimates. Upon receipt of a definitive statement of net loss and adjustment expense from the Company, the Reinsurer shall pay promptly to the Company the Reinsurer's portion of net loss and Reinsurer's portion of adjustment expense, if any.
