FATT Salary. With the exception of the FATT position, all personnel entering the bargaining unit will start at Step A of the wage scale and included as appendix B. Each member will advance one step upon their anniversary date for the duration of this agreement. The FATT position starting salary may be adjusted upon mutual agreement of both the EMPLOYER and the UNION. Such mutual agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
