FBA Easy Start Benefits. VAT Services on Amazon The FBA Easy Start Promotion offers free VAT registration and 2 years of filing services in total with VAT Services on Amazon (sign up for VAT Services on Amazon here). This promotion is an extension of the existing promotion offered on VAT Services on Amazon, which can be found here. By participating in VAT Services on Amazon , you agree to the terms and conditions of the FBA Easy Start package, as well as our existing promotions (here) . For eligible Selling Partners that successfully register for the (FBA Easy Start) Promotion by 31 December 2023, Amazon will reimburse the VAT registration fee for one of the following Countries: Germany, France, Italy, or Spain (“Country”), after you have created at least one FBA buyable offer in the marketplace of VAT registration. This respective FBA buyable offer needs to be created within a maximum of 30 days after receiving your VAT number for that Country. Under this Promotion, Amazon will also reimburse the VAT filing service fees for up to 24 months after the first filing is generated with VAT Services on Amazon in respect of the Country you select during the registration process. Amazon will reimburse the registration and filing fee for the first Country you register for with VAT Services on Amazon (Germany, France, Italy or Spain). If you register for multiple Countries at the same time, Amazon will reimburse the registration and filing fees based on the following priority order: 1) Germany, 2) France, 3) Italy, 4) Spain. From July 1 2023 onwards, any registration and filling fees incurred will be charged to your account, and you will be reimbursed the amount charged in a quarter by the end of that quarter. Once the reimbursement is made, you will see it in your Seller Central balance. Please note that you will see usual fees when you sign up for VAT Services on Amazon, but since you are enrolled for FBA Easy Start, the full cost of these fees will not apply to you and will be reimbursed, as explained above. Please note that in order to claim this benefit Selling Partner must (1) Be eligible and have received the invitation email for this Promotion, (2) Register for VAT Services on Amazon no later than 31 December 2023, and (3) have at least one FBA buyable offer in the marketplace of VAT registration within a maximum of 30 days after receiving your VAT number for that Country.

  • ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

Contractor represents that it is in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code §§ 12900 et seq.), and ensure a workplace free of sexual harassment pursuant to Government Code 12950 and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision. Contractor shall include this nondiscrimination provision in all subcontracts related to this Agreement and when applicable give notice of these obligations to labor organizations with which they have Agreements.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Covered Benefits and Services The Contractor shall provide to its Hoosier Healthwise members, at a minimum, all benefits and services deemed “medically reasonable and necessary” and covered by the IHCP, and included in the Indiana Administrative Code and under the Contract with the State. A covered service is considered medically necessary if it meets the definition as set forth in 405 IAC 5-2-17. The Contractor shall deliver covered services sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably expect that provision of such services would achieve the purpose of the furnished services. Costs for these services are the basis of the Contractor’s capitation rate and are, therefore, the responsibility of the Contractor. Coverage may not be arbitrarily denied or reduced and is subject to certain limitations in accordance with CFR 438.210(a)(4), which specifies when Contractors may place appropriate limits on services:  On the basis of criteria applied under the State plan, such as medical necessity; or  For the purpose of utilization control, provided the services furnished are sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably be expected to achieve the purpose for which the services are furnished.
