FEDERAL AGENCY COMPLIANCE. 1. During the performance of this Agreement, and to the extent not in conflict with the Indian preference authorized for Self Determination Act contracts by 25 U.S.C. § 450(e)(b), the signatories agree to abide by the terms of Executive Order 11246 on non-discrimination and will not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
