Common use of Federal Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Federal Laws and Regulations. 1. If this Contract contains federal funds, the Vendor shall comply with the provisions of 45 CFR, Part 74, and/or 45 CFR, Part 92, and other applicable regulations as specified in Attachments I and II. 2. If this Contract contains federal funding in excess of $100,000, the Vendor must, upon Contract execution, complete the Certification Regarding Lobbying form, Attachment IV. If a Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, Standard Form LLL, is required, it may be obtained from the Agency’s Contract Manager. All disclosure forms as required by the Certification Regarding Lobbying form must be completed and returned to the Agency’s Contract Manager. 3. Pursuant to 45 CFR, Part 76, if this Contract contains federal funding in excess of $25,000, the Vendor must, upon Contract execution, complete the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility, and Voluntary Exclusion Contracts/Subcontracts, Attachment V.
