Additional Compliance Requirements. At all times during the term of the Contract, the Contractor must:
1. Post the current Living Wage rate, in English and Spanish, in a prominent place at its offices and at each location where its employees perform services under this Contract Go (see sample notice in Exhibit B);
2. Within five days of an employee’s request, provide a written statement of the applicable Living Wage rate, using the same form provided in Exhibit B;
3. Include the provisions of this section in all subcontracts for work performed under the Contract; and
4. Submit to the Purchasing Agent, within five working days of the end of each quarter, certified copies of quarterly payroll reports for each employee, including subcontractor employees, working under the Contract during the quarter and a completed Arlington County Contractor Living Wage Quarterly Compliance Report (Exhibit C).
Additional Compliance Requirements. Employees will be required to complete State and Federal mandated training Including, but not limited to, blood-borne pathogens, FERPA, and sexual harassment prior to October first of each year or within 30 days of the time the Human Resources offices provides the testing material
Additional Compliance Requirements. Contractor will comply with any additional requirments attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment 2, Certifications and Assurances, and Attachment 3, State and Federal Statutes, Regulations and Policies.
Additional Compliance Requirements. If the City imposes additional requirements, the Director will provide Subrecipient with written notice that includes: (i) the scope and nature of the additional requirements; (ii) the reason(s) why the City is imposing additional requirements; (iii) the nature of the corrective action needed to remove the additional requirements, if applicable; (iv) the time allowed for Subrecipient to complete the actions, if applicable; and (v) the method by which Subrecipient may request the Director’s reconsideration of the additional requirements imposed. Within ten business days, the City shall remove any additional requirements if Subrecipient satisfies the conditions that prompted such additional requirements.
Additional Compliance Requirements. Medtronic shall comply with the additional requirements outlined in Schedule F. All reasonable, out-of-pocket auditing costs incurred by Medtronic in connection with complying with such requirements will be reimbursed by UT.

Additional Compliance Requirements. If Sunlite Science & Technology, Inc. no longer qualifies for a tax abatement pursuant to law or Ordinance No. 8384, the City Commission, after notice and a public hearing may modify the abatement by ordinance.
Additional Compliance Requirements. It is intended that the standards, obligations and duties imposed by this Article II shall be maintained and complied with by Lessee in addition to its compliance with all applicable governmental laws, ordinances and regulations, and in the event that any of said laws, ordinances and regulations shall be more stringent than the standards, duties and obligations imposed on Lessee hereunder, then Lessee shall comply with such laws, ordinances and regulations in its operations under this Agreement. Noncompliance with any governmental law, ordinance or regulation, the validity of which shall be contested in good faith and with reasonable promptness, shall not be interpreted as a violation of this covenant until such contest shall have been abandoned or the time for objection or appeal has expired.
Additional Compliance Requirements. The Customer and Supplier reserve the right to require additional compliance and onboarding items as necessary. Subcontractor shall ensure that its resources have complied with all required compliance and onboarding items. Certain job titles through this Contract will require additional onboarding items and compliance with position-specific policies, such as a copy of professional license(s). These items shall be noted within the VMS. Subcontractor shall ensure that its resources selected for assignment will comply with all additional onboarding items and position-specific policies. Failure to meet additional onboarding requirements when requested will be considered a breach of this agreement. The Subcontractor is responsible for the costs of all additional onboarding requirements deemed necessary by the Customer unless otherwise noted on the requirement in the VMS.
Additional Compliance Requirements. The following additional compliance requirements are attached and incorporated into this Agreement. The District shall comply with, and be bound by, the provisions set forth in these attachments:
1. Appendix A – Pennsylvania Electronic Payment Program
2. Appendix B – Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause, with respect to which the District is the “Grantee”
3. Appendix C – Contractor Integrity Provisions, with respect to which the District is the “Contractor.”
