NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. (a) The Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in Capital Metro’s Master Agreement with the FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract. The Contractor’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this Contract.

NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. New Federal laws, regulations, policies, and administrative practices may be established after the date of this Contract, which may apply to this Contract. If Federal requirements change, the changed requirements will apply to the Contract or the performance of work under the Contract as required. All standards or limits set forth in this Contract to be observed in the performance of the work are minimum requirements.
NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in GRTC’s Master Agreement with the FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract. The Contractor’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this Contract. The Contractor is advised that Federal requirements applicable to this Contract as set forth in federal law, regulations, policies, and related administrative practices may change during the performance of this Contract. Any such changes shall also apply to this Contract.
NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. The [SHELTER] understands and acknowledges that the State is relying in part on available Federal funds to meet its obligations under this Agreement. As such the [SHELTER] agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, directives, procedures and requirements in the conduct of the Work. The [SHELTER] shall comply with the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and audit Requirements, found at Title 2 CFR Part 200. Further, the [SHELTER] understands and agrees that 2 CFR 200.326 and Appendix II to Part 200 require all contracts funded in a whole or in part with federal monies to include the provisions set forth in Attachment A, hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement, and will abide by these terms as applicable in performing the services under this Agreement.

  • General Federal Requirements 1. Grantee shall use such fiscal control and fund accounting procedures necessary to ensure the proper disbursement of, and accounting for, federal funds paid to the applicant under each such program.

  • Compliance with Federal Requirements Federal money will be used or may potentially be used to pay for all or part of the goods, construction or services under the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for compliance with all federal requirements imposed on the funds and accepts full financial responsibility for any requirements imposed by the Contractor’s failure to comply with federal requirements. Certification regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility, and Voluntary Exclusion. Federal money will be used or may potentially be used to pay for all or part of the work under the Contract, therefore Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with federal requirements on debarment, suspension, ineligibility and voluntary exclusion specified in the solicitation document implementing Executive Order 12549. Contractor’s certification is a material representation upon which the Contract award was based. Contingency Fees Prohibited.

  • Federal Requirement The Work to be performed under this Agreement may be paid for in part by federal funds and therefore is subject to federal statutes, rules, regulations, laws, orders and directives applicable to work paid for by federal funds. In the event an applicable federal requirement conflicts with any provision of the Contract Documents, the federal requirement shall prevail and take precedence over and against such conflicting provisions. Federal requirements may include, but is not limited to:

  • FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS In the event this Contract is paid in whole or in part from any federal government agency or source, the specific terms, regulations and requirements governing the disbursement of these funds shall be specified herein and become a part of this clause.

  • Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws a. The Grantee and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The Grantee shall include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement.

  • Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.

  • General Requirement Any notice, election, demand, request, consent, approval, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract shall be in writing signed by an officer or duly authorized representative of the party making same and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by certified or statutory mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be effective as of the date on which it is received or would have been received but for the refusal of the addressee to accept delivery, and shall be addressed as shown in the Contract. The persons and addresses to which notices should be given may be changed by notice given in accordance with this Article.

  • Compliance with Federal Law Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal laws, including, without limitation, those set forth in Exhibit D, which is attached and incorporated into this Contract by this reference.

  • Notice of Privacy Practices Business Associate shall abide by the limitations of Covered Entity’s Notice of which it has knowledge. Any use or disclosure permitted by this Agreement may be amended by changes to Covered Entity’s Notice; provided, however, that the amended Notice shall not affect permitted uses and disclosures on which Business Associate relied prior to receiving notice of such amended Notice.
