Local Arbitration - The teacher shall select one person, the board shall select one person, and those two persons shall within ten (10) days select a third person who shall serve as the panel's chairperson. The mediator shall examine the grievance and within ten (10) days shall render an advisory decision to the teacher/Association and the School Board. All costs of mediation will be shared equally by the District and the Association.
