FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. The Concessionaire shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in providing services to the Department under this Agreement. The Concessionaire acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations. The Concessionaire further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement. The Concessionaire’s failure to comply with any part of this provision is material and shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement for cause by the Department.
