Common use of Federal, State, and Local Regulations Clause in Contracts

Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Lessee acknowledges that the right to use said Airport facilities in common with others authorized to do so shall be exercised subject to and in accordance with the laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances of the United States of America, the State of Montana, and the City of Xxxxxxxx, now in force or hereafter prescribed or promulgated by authority or by law and shall be closely observed during the full term of this Lease.
