Common use of Federally Regulated Employees Clause in Contracts

Federally Regulated Employees. i) An employee will be granted leave of absence on any of his/her normal working days during the three days immediately following the death of a member of his/her ii) An employee may be granted leave of absence with pay of up to 3 days in the event of the death of the following family members: brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, and grandchildren. iii) In the event of the death of a fellow employee, time off with pay may be granted to attend the funeral.
