Standard Features. All PIPs must have the following features: • based on a developmental plan to an end position; • based on the expectation that normally employees in PIP jobs will reach the end position; • a sunset clause; • joint Society-Management agreement on promotion criteria consistent with the PIP; • promotion within PIP based upon the employee meeting defined criteria (e.g., performance measures, experience, breadth of assignments). If an employee has met all of the criteria for a promotion, and the only item preventing the promotion is the individual’s performance standing, then the promotion should be implemented; • targeted to have sufficient staff in the higher level positions for unit viability; • specification of the normal expected time period an employee should take to progress through the various stages of the PIP; • provision for employees to have a reasonable opportunity to fulfill requirements to qualify for progression within the normal expected time frame. 33 TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES Intent: Temporary employees are employees hired for short-term work assignments which are not ongoing and/or where there are no available qualified regular employees to perform the work. The impact on employment continuity should be an important consideration in the decision to hire temporary employees.

h) provision for employees to have a reasonable opportunity to fulfill requirements to qualify for progression within the normal expected time frame.

Standard Features. The Purchase Price includes basic finishes in the Home. The available package of basic interior finishes in the Home, which includes items such as paint, cabinets, hardware and flooring, set forth in the List of Standard Features for Alcove on file with Seller. Purchaser acknowledges that the such interior finishes remain subject to change due to the unavailability of materials for any reason, including but not limited to manufacturer discontinuation or out-of-stock products; provided, Seller will use reasonable efforts to provide similar options so long as such options are of comparable cost. Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has reviewed the List of Standard Features for Alcove.
Standard Features. Sit N Grin All-Inclusive photo booth packages come with delivery and set-up, a friendly attendant, unlimited photos, double strips, custom monogram, box of basic props, selectable color or b&w strips and digital photos posted on-line.
Standard Features. With Dedicated E-Line, Verizon provides a static, predetermined Ethernet Virtual Circuit (EVC) that is provisioned through Verizon’s private network (sometimes known as Explicit Routing Option or ERO) with the highest Class of Service for priority routing.
Standard Features. 2.2.1 The Service Modules to be delivered to Customer are marked on Appendix 1 – Service Particulars of this Schedule.
2.2.2 The Service includes the following core modules and capabilities:
(a) AirportVision-Display This is a core web-based application, allowing Customer to manage and display flight schedules to keep passengers informed of their flights’ status, as well as to provide information for operations personnel, if required. The application is accessed and administered through an Internet Explorer browser.
(b) AirportVision-Visual Messaging Customer can create and display visual messages on any screen in the System, which has been designated to receive such messages. The messages can be placed anywhere on the template that is used (for example, on the bottom as a marquee, or on the entire screen as a dedicated display, or on half a screen). This feature allows Customer to create and display all types of messages, define message types and create canned messages.
2.2.3 The Service supports multiple languages in different character sets, fonts, sizes and color. Multimedia, full motion video and sound are also supported.
2.2.4 The Service includes twenty-four (24) hours remote Service support by SITA via a VPN connection.
