Fee Changes. a. The Fees for Services are based upon assumptions about the Merchant’s business, anticipated annual volume and average transaction size. These assumptions are based on information provided by the Merchant in the Application. If the actual volume or average transaction size are not as expected, or if you significantly alter your method of doing business, Servicers may adjust your Merchant Discount Rate and upon 90 days advance notice.
