Fee Definitions. For all purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below:
Fee Definitions. The following definitions apply to the Fees: Correction Fee is the amount charged for each Item that TeleCheck must correct due to Company error or at Company’s request. Company Requested Operator Call Fee is an additional charge per operator-assisted or IVR (interactive voice response) call initiated that TeleCheck does not request or prompt Company to make in connection with processing Transactions. Monthly Connectivity Fee is the amount charged per month in order to maintain a virtual private network or other connection between Company’s and TeleCheck’s information technology systems to enable processing in connection with the Services. Monthly Minimum Fee is the minimum amount charged to Company each month per location for processing the Items it submits to TeleCheck in connection with each of the Services. If the total amount of Transaction Fees for any month is less than the total Monthly Minimum Fee (number of locations multiplied by the Monthly Minimum Fee per location), then the Monthly Minimum Fee will apply for the month; and Company will be billed for the difference between the total Monthly Minimum Fee and the total amount of Transaction Fees that TeleCheck billed during that month. Transaction Fee is the amount charged for each Item submitted to TeleCheck for processing under this Addendum, whether or not TeleCheck authorizes the Item. Unauthorized Return Fee is a fee applicable to any Item that is dishonored, returned, reversed, or otherwise not paid by the Consumer’s financial institution for the reason that such Item is unauthorized by the Consumer. Company will also be responsible for paying for any point-of-sale supplies (e.g., paper and ink for Equipment, rubber stamps, etc.) related to the Services obtained from TeleCheck. Set-Up Fee is the charge for initial setup and initiation of the Services. Statement/Processing Fee is a monthly fee for handling Subscriber’s account.

  • Employee Definitions A Regular Full-Time Employee is an employee who is employed on a full-time basis of 35, 37½, 40 or such other number of weekly hours as is recognized in the Collective Agreement as normal for a particular class of positions, for an indefinite period of time.

  • – SCOPE & DEFINITIONS 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent of all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed by Revera Long Term Care Inc. operating as Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo, Ontario, in a nursing capacity save and except the Assistant Director of Care and persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Care. Such employee has the option of refusing work when it is made available to her, however, it is also understood that a casual part-time employee cannot unreasonably or consistently refuse to work shifts. 2.03 Whenever the feminine pronoun is used in this agreement, it includes the masculine pronoun, where the context so requires and vice-versa. Where the singular is used, it may also be deemed to mean the plural and vice-versa.

  • FTE Definition Effective September 1, 2017, part-time teacher FTE will be determined by the ratio of the teacher’s actual annual instructional time to the teacher instructional time of a full-time assignment in the teacher’s school. This FTE will be used to calculate the prorated portion of a teacher’s assignable time.
