Fee for License. The initial and recurring license Fee for SBCA members (of any type) shall be $12.00 per year. The license Fee for any person or entity not a member of SBCA shall be $36 per year (the “License Fee”). The License Fee amount shall be subject to change in the sole discretion of SBCA.

Fee for License. The Advertiser shall pay to the Licensor an amount of Rs. per month as a license fee for the use of the Wall in accordance with this agreement.   • License IO, which owns certain intellectual property rights to the name “Masterworks” hereby grants the Company effective upon the commencement of the Offering, a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the name “Masterworks”. Other than with respect to this license, the Company will have no legal right to use the “Masterworks” name. In the event that the Administrator ceases to administer the Company’s operations, the Company will be required to change its name to eliminate the use of “Masterworks”.
