Fee for License. The initial and recurring license Fee for SBCA members (of any type) shall be $12.00 per year. The license Fee for any person or entity not a member of SBCA shall be $36 per year (the “License Fee”). The License Fee amount shall be subject to change in the sole discretion of SBCA.
Fee for License. The Advertiser shall pay to the Licensor an amount of Rs. per month as a license fee for the use of the Wall in accordance with this agreement. Such fee shall be paid by the Advertiser on or before the (enter date) day of each succeeding month in advance. The Licensor hereby admits the receipt of the license fee for the first month starting from the date of signing of this agreement. All payments under this agreement shall be subject to deduction of applicable taxes and duties in accordance with law for the time being in force.
