Feedback and Discussion of Performance. Informal, non-fault finding, non-disciplinary feedback regarding performance of job assignments may be provided to faculty members and such feedback is not subject to the Complaint Procedure or Just Cause standards. Feedback must be provided privately and respectfully. The College must follow all provisions of the Complaint Procedure and Just Cause articles when the subject of concern may lead to discipline or corrective evaluation.
