FEEDSTOCK DIESEL FUEL OIL REQUIREMENTS. The Diesel fuels used as feedstocks in the manufacture of B5, B10 or B20 BioDiesel fuel shall meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM D975 -12a and the requirements listed below and in the Requirements Summary table below before being blended to produce the B5, B10 or B20 BioDiesel end product.
