Fees, Compensation and Costs. A. Licensee shall pay the City a fee of $7,500.00 to partially compensate the City for the costs, including but not limited to City staff time and costs of outside consultants, of preparing, negotiating, and executing this Telecommunications License. Licensee shall also pay the then-current fee for an excavation permit at such time as each request for a permit is submitted. The City acknowledges that the amount of such fee may be subject to limitations under federal and/or state law.
