Common use of FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES Clause in Contracts

FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES. THE relevant Issuer will pay any stamp, issue, registration, documentary and other similar fees, duties or taxes (if any), including interest and penalties thereon, payable (i) in the United Kingdom, Belgium or Luxembourg on or in connection with (a) the execution and delivery of these presents and (b) the constitution and original issue of the Notes, the Receipts and the Coupons and (ii) in any jurisdiction on or in connection with any action taken by or on behalf of the Trustee or (where permitted under these presents so to do) any Noteholder, Receiptholder or Couponholder to enforce these presents.
