Save. (a) in relation to all Series of Notes issued during the period up to and including the day last preceding the date of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Trust Deed and any Notes issued on or after the date of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Trust Deed so as to be consolidated and form a single Series with the Notes of any Series issued during the period up to and including such last preceding day; and (b) for the purpose (where necessary) of construing the provisions of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Trust Deed, with effect on and from the date of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Trust Deed: (i) the Trust Deed is hereby further modified in such manner as would result in the Trust Deed as so further modified being in the form set out in Schedule 1 hereto; and (ii) the provisions of the Trust Deed (insofar as the same still have effect) shall cease to have effect and in lieu thereof the provisions of the Trust Deed as so further modified (and being in the form set out in Schedule 1 hereto) shall have effect.‌

These images cannot be navigated to on your computer for manually backing them up, so it is highly recommended to also save a copy of any images using the regular Save option.

This will allow the file to be used in full-text-search.
Save for the matters provided under Clause 6.6, any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the negotiation, execution, interpretation, performance or non-performance of this Agreement shall be solely and finally settled by binding arbitration conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA Rules”) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the AAA Rules.
