Common use of Fees for Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Professional Services. Except as expressly indicated to the contrary in the Agreement, all fees for Professional Services shall be provided on a time and materials basis at Betty Blocks’ then current professional services rates and shall be invoiced at the end of the calendar month of their performance. The hours shall be accounted for according to Betty Blocks’ timesheets. Client acknowledges that the hours set forth in the Agreement, in the Portal and/or as otherwise communicated to Client are merely estimates and the actual number of hours may differ from the estimates, unless expressly indicated to the contrary.
