Fees not Paid. If any Fee is not paid when due, that Fee will be added to the Loan on the next Working Day. Interest will be payable on the amount of the unpaid fee from (and including) that day in accordance with clause 6.
Fees not Paid. In the case of non-renewal of the financial fee by the Member to the Consortium under the terms covered by Article 5, the Agreement shall be terminated by Inria under the conditions described in article 13.2 below.
