FEES & SERVICES - BASIC MEMBERSHIP PLAN. 4.1. The fee for the basic membership plan is 25€ per month. Designers can also decide to pay 250€ annually in advance and save 50€. The initial payment is processed online with credit card, whereafter upcoming payments will be charged automatically unless the membership is cancelled cf. clause 13. 4.2. On the basic membership plan, the Designer receives 60% of the sales value, minus card transaction fees and charges, from all their pieces sold through the platform. 4.3. On the basic membership plan, Xxxxxx charges a 40% sales commission of the total sales value of the piece(s). 4.4. The sales services of Xxxxxx included in the basic membership is: ● Designer Showroom. Where the Designer can present his/her practice and sell a limited amount of 3 pieces. ● Automated Global Tax Compliance. The tax system enables Xxxxxx clients in real time to be informed about the right VAT and sales tax depending on the piece, the location of the Designer and the client, ensuring that Designers are always charging the correct tax rate.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.
