Fences, Yard Ornaments, & Exterior Painting. There shall be no fences, yard ornaments or exterior painting conducted without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board. No chain link or metal fences with the exception of wrought iron are allowed, except around the swimming pool, athletic facilities and other amenity areas. No outdoor pet enclosures of any kind except for “invisible fences” (underground, electronic or otherwise) shall be permitted without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board.
