Fiduciary. The Executive acknowledges that the obligations contained in Sections 12, 13, 14 and 15 are in addition to any obligations that the Executive may now or hereafter owe to the Corporation, at law, in equity or otherwise. Nothing contained in this Agreement is a waiver, release or reduction of any fiduciary obligations that the Executive owes to the Corporation.
