Common use of Field Purchase Orders Clause in Contracts

Field Purchase Orders. Employees who have occasion to make purchases on behalf of the Agency while working in the field may be issued a purchase card through the Small Purchase Order Transaction System (SPOTS) to be used to make such purchases under the rules of the Water Resources Department or Watershed Enhancement Board and upon approval of the issuing financial institution. Employees may also make purchases and be reimbursed for such purchases under the rules of the Water Resources Department or the Watershed Enhancement Board. REV: 2019
