Common use of Field Training Officer Assignment Clause in Contracts

Field Training Officer Assignment. Employees designated by management as a Field Training Officer will be compensated with 1 hour of pay (at the rate of time and a half) for every 8 hours assigned/spent actively training a probationary Employee. Daily Field Training Officer duties shall include, but are not limited to: (1) the usage of the appropriate section(s) of the Field Training Guide, and (2) the completion of a Daily Observation Report (DORS).
