Any files kept by any supervisor of an employee shall not contain any material that is not in the main personnel file except personal notes (not given distribution) and maintained for the purpose of refreshing recollection.

  • State Auditor’s Office PROVIDER understands that acceptance of funds under this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the authority of the Texas State Auditor's Office, or any successor agency (collectively, “Auditor”), to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds pursuant to Section 51.9335(c), Texas Education Code. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate with the Auditor in the conduct of the audit or investigation, including without limitation, providing all records requested. PROVIDER will include this provision in all contracts with permitted subcontractors.

  • Union Office Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital will give reasonable consideration to a request for leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union office. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Lenders hereby expressly authorize the Administrative Agent to execute any and all documents (including releases) with respect to the Collateral and the rights of the Secured Parties with respect thereto (including any Intercreditor Agreement), as contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Collateral Documents and acknowledge and agree that any such action by any Agent shall bind the Lenders.
