Files Marked; Files and Records Owned by Buyer. Seller shall, at its own expense, on or prior to each Purchase Date, indicate in its files that the Mortgage Loans sold to Buyer on such Purchase Date have been sold, assigned and transferred to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. Further, Seller hereby agrees that the computer files and other physical records of the Mortgage Loans maintained by Seller will bear an indication reflecting that the Mortgage Loans have been sold, assigned and transferred to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
