INFORMATION OF SELLER. SELLER shall not provide any proprietary information to LOCKHEED XXXXXX without prior execution of a proprietary information agreement by the parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. (a) SELLER shall provide LOCKHEED XXXXXX with all information and documentation as may be reasonably required for LOCKHEED XXXXXX to receive the benefit of the Contract. Where computer software is delivered as the Work or is otherwise a part of the Work, SELLER shall provide the title(s), version(s), type(s) and licenses for the software (including any third party software components) as soon as practicable but no later than at the time of delivery.
(b) SELLER shall not provide any proprietary information to LOCKHEED XXXXXX without prior execution of a proprietary information agreement by the parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. (a) SELLER shall provide LOCKHEED XXXXXX with all information and documentation as may be reasonably required for LOCKHEED XXXXXX to receive the benefit of the Contract.
(b) Where computer software is a deliverable of the Work or is otherwise embedded in the Work, SELLER shall provide the title(s), version(s), type(s) and licenses for the software (including any third party software components) as soon as practicable but no later than at the time of delivery. To the extent SELLER is providing Critical software to LOCKHEED XXXXXX, where “Critical” shall have the meaning defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), SELLER shall provide to LOCKHEED XXXXXX a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) using CycloneDX (version 1.5 or later) in json format. The SBOM shall be developed in accordance with the then current version of The Minimum Elements For a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and shall at a minimum contain the Cyclone DX metadata fields noted in this provision as well as the last renewal and expiration dates of the Critical software.
(c) SELLER shall not provide any proprietary information to LOCKHEED XXXXXX without prior execution of a proprietary information agreement by the parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. Seller shall not provide any confidential or proprietary information to Buyer without prior execution of a non-disclosure agreement by the Parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. Seller shall not provide any proprietary information to Buyer without prior execution by Xxxxx of a Proprietary Information Agreement or amendment to this Contract providing for the same.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. Seller shall not provide any confidential or proprietary information to Buyer without prior execution of a non-disclosure agreement by the Parties. Buyer agrees to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by Seller to anything provided under the non-disclosure agreement by the Parties. Buyer agrees not to use such information provided by Seller for any purposes expect as provided under this Subcontract and agrees to keep confidential and otherwise protect from disclosure all information identified as confidential or proprietary and provided under the non-disclosure agreement by the Parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. SELLER shall not provide any proprietary information to KLAS without prior execution of a proprietary information agreement by the parties.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. Seller shall not provide any proprietary information to Smiths without prior execution by Xxxxxx of a Proprietary Information Agreement or amendment to this Contract providing for the same.
INFORMATION OF SELLER. Seller shall furnish to Parent such information regarding Seller, the manner in which Seller holds any securities of Parent and the distribution proposed by Seller as Parent may request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
