Filing by Association Clause Samples
The "Filing by Association" clause allows an association or collective group to submit documents, applications, or filings on behalf of its members. In practice, this means that instead of each individual member filing separately, the association can act as a representative and handle the necessary paperwork or regulatory submissions for the group. This streamlines administrative processes, reduces duplication of effort, and ensures consistency in filings, ultimately simplifying compliance and saving time for both members and regulatory bodies.
Filing by Association. The Association may file a grievance at Step 3 on behalf of affected employees when action by the County Administrator or the Board of Supervisors violates a provision of this MOU.
