Common use of Filing Date Clause in Contracts

Filing Date. If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th day after the Issue Date; and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statement, the 60th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof.

Filing Date. (A) If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th day after the Issue Date; and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statement, the 60th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof.

Filing Date. If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers Issuer pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th 90th day after the Issue Date; and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statement, the 60th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof. Filing Date. (A) If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th 120th day after the Issue Date; provided, however, that if a Shelf Notice is given within 10 days after the Filing Date, then the Filing Date with respect to the Initial Shelf Registration shall be the 15th day after the delivery of such Shelf Notice; and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statementin each other case (which may be applicable notwithstanding the consummation of the Exchange Offer), the 60th 30th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereofNotice.

Filing Date. (A) If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th 45th day after the Issue Date; , and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statementin each other case (which may be applicable notwithstanding the consummation of the Exchange Offer), the 60th 30th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereofNotice.

Filing Date. If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th 210th day after the Issue Date; and (B) with respect to a Shelf Registration Statement, the 60th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice as required pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof.
