Common use of Filing of Written Reports Clause in Contracts

Filing of Written Reports. All reports made upon the work of a teacher which could affect the continuance of a teacher's employment or the possible future consideration for a position of responsibility within the Unit shall be made in writing and placed within the teacher's file within ten (10) working days following receipt of both the teacher and administrator’s signatures on the report. It is understood that such signature is only an acknowledgment of having received a copy thereof.
