Filling Assistant Flight Director and Flight. Director Positions A candidate for a position as Flight Director or Assistant Flight Director agrees to remain in that position for a period of twelve (12) months, from November 1 to October 31, as long as he has the required seniority to continue holding the position in the classification concerned. The Flight Director or Assistant Flight Director may choose an assignment at another permanent base, if he so wishes; however, he is subject to the same restrictions as those specified in Article 11.11 “Posting during the year for additional unforeseen needs”. His name will then be entered at the end of the seniority list in the Flight Director or Assistant Flight Director classification until the expiry of the 12-month period under way. At the time of the following annual posting, the Flight Director or Assistant Flight Director will be reinstated in his company seniority standing in his higher classification. A Flight Director or Assistant Flight Director who resigns from his position, for any reason whatsoever, despite his agreement to remain there will be excluded from the next annual posting period unless the required aircraft complement has not been filled and except in the case of a mutual base exchange.

This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
