Common use of Final Compensation Based On 12-Month Period Clause in Contracts

Final Compensation Based On 12-Month Period. For the purposes of determining a retirement benefit, final compensation for bargaining unit members covered by this Section B shall mean the highest twelve (12) consecutive month period as specified in Government Code Section 20042.
