Common use of Final Design and Construction Plans Clause in Contracts

Final Design and Construction Plans. Redeveloper shall cause Architect to prepare the final design (“Final Design”) and detailed construction plans and specifications (“Construction Plans”) for the New Building to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Project Site.
