Final Disposition. 1. Upon completion of the position analysis, a recommendation for reclassification or no change in classification will be submitted to CSEA. A recommendation for reclassification will not be submitted to the Board of Education until CSEA has agreed in writing with the recommendation. The agreed-upon recommendation shall be forwarded to the Board of Education.
