Final Grant Report. At the completion of the grant period, the Grantee must submit a Grant Report which must detail all proposal activity during the entire grant period. The report form is available through the online grant administration system on the Division’s Website at xxx.Xxxxxxx-Xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx. The Grant Report must include a narrative description of the work completed, as described in the Scope of Work, and an Actual Budget, including income and expenditures as described in the Approved Budget. The Grant Report shall be due 30 days after the end of the grant period of June 30, 2014.
